our pizzas are made fresh every morning with all organic flour, many organic vegetables, and locally sourced, natural sausage, ham aned pepperoni.
we have been called new york or east coast style, to us it is just plain good pizza

our sodas are made from fresh ingredients and do not contain high fructose corn syrup (they are sweetened with organic cane sugar) or caffeine (with the exception of the cola nut soda). a selection of the following will be available on any given day: ginger ale, lemon lime, hibiscus, cherry vanilla, cucumber lime, basil lime, cola and birch beer.
our 18" new york style pies can also be ordered for carry-out.
we only require 20 minutes for a whole pie order, but we'll be able to best serve you if you can give us your order several hours in advance (503-333-4434) or give us a heads up the afternoon prior, since we run out of dough by 1 pm most days. consider a gratuity especially if you're ordering between 11 and 1 or more than 2 pies.
